Profound Bowing: Priest and people make a profound bow at "by the power of the Holy Spirit...and became man" in the Creed; at Communion each communicant is to make a profound bow as he or she approaches to receive the Body of Christ.
Simple Bowing/bow of the head: to be made when the three Divine Persons are named together and at the names of Jesus, of the Blessed Virgin Mary and of the Saint in whose honour Mass is being celebrated.
